This 90-minute coaching session is designed to help you troubleshoot your life. We can use the session to identify the barriers you’re currently facing, work through a particular issue, set some goals or in whatever way bests suits you.
If you sign up for the session you’ll receive a pre-session questionnaire to fill out to help us structure the time together and get the most out of the 90 minutes. We’ll then book a mutually convenient time to hold the session via Zoom. This session is designed to give you fast results helping you to begin your journey to becoming happier in your life. We’ll work together and at the end of the 90 minutes you’ll leave with clear goals and tasks to help you get to where you want to go. After the session you’ll get a follow up with me via email a week or two after to check in with your progress and how you’re doing.
