1:1 sessions are a great way to get to grips with a practice in a more personalised manner. Working together we can explore where you want to go in your practice and how best to get you there.
If you sign up for 1:1 sessions with me you’ll receive a short questionnaire to fill out to enable me to understand what you’re looking for. We’ll book in a short 15 minute chat to check we’re happy to work together, agree what your sessions will consist of and arrange mutually convenient times for your sessions.
1:1 Yoga / Meditation / Mindfulness Sessions Costs:
- £45 – 30 minutes
- £75 – 60 minutes
- £90 – 75 minutes
Discounts are available when purchasing multiple sessions.
