This 90-minute coaching session is designed to help you troubleshoot your life. We can use the session to identify the barriers you’re currently facing, work through a particular issue, set some goals or in whatever way bests suits you.
This 6 session package of coaching with me is taken over 3-6 months depending on your needs. This enables us to dig deep and make big change in your life.
1:1 sessions are a great way to get to grips with a practice in a more personalised manner. Working together we can explore where you want to go in your practice and how best to get you there.
