Meal Plans

What’s involved?

Some people benefit from a having a specific meal plan to follow. This can be due to health conditions which need close attention or not having the time find nutritious recipes or wanting to make sure you’re on track to meet specific health goals or targets.

Meal plans will take into consideration food preferences, dietary restrictions, personal health conditions, health goals, budget, cooking ability and kitchen space, time, family/others who eat or cook with you. These are fully customised to each individual to make sure they are easy to follow and are a joy rather than a chore.

The cost: A meal plans can be provided as an addition to the core package of a nutritional consultation, assessment and support for £140.
