4 years ago I left a career in Human Resources Management. After 6 years working in Business Management I was done. I’d worked myself into hospital at the age of 25 and it took me another year to realise that wasn’t ok and I couldn’t keep working 70+ hours per week in a toxic workplace.
I re-evaluated what I wanted to do with my life and realised that all I’d ever wanted was to help people improve their lives and be a bit happier. I was trying to do that in my workplace but I was not in the right career to do so. After some deep soul searching, I decided to become a nutritionist and help people manage their weight and improve their health through food. Before I embarked on another 4 years at university, I took 6 months off to travel and complete my yoga teacher training. Over these past few years I’ve trained in a number of different areas to develop the services I currently offer.
My aim is simple: to help as many people as possible live a life they love. I want people to be happy: in their life, their body, their work and their relationships.
My purpose is to help you discover your goals, support you to make them happen and celebrate the wins with you. I want you to find ease and happiness in your life. I’ve moved from a place of struggle, fear and unhappiness to one of contentment and I want to help others use the benefit of my experience to realise their own potential and abilities.
