Well it’s a bit of a different April. Not sure how it’ll be by the end but April 2020 is set to be one where I spend more time inside then I have ever before! If you’re looking for a little inspiration of things to do, watch and enjoy while you’re also stuck inside keep reading!

Online Exercise

Not being able to go to the gym and limiting my time outside has enabled me to discover a love for online yoga classes and youtube workouts and discovering new ways to work out (like skipping). If you want some awesome suggestions for online yoga classes check out this blog post.

Yogi Tea

I’ve always loved Yogi Tea but being at home so much at the moment I’ve really been enjoying drinking more tea, particularly herbal teas to try not to over do it on the caffeine. My fave at the moment is Turmeric Chai. Mmmmmm.


I always love to have a tub of homemade hummus in my fridge but it’s been fun experimenting with flavours recently. If you have a can of chickpeas or a bag of dried chickpeas – give homemade hummus a go. You can find my recipe here.


You may think this is an odd one and I guess it kind of is but Zoom (the conference call software) has enabled me to teach my family yoga online and it has been so much fun. This company has brought a lot of connection in these current times!
