We’re moving into Spring! Mornings are lighter, the sun is out a little longer, and maybe it’ll get a little warmer. I love when I can transition into no longer needing to wear a coat for warmth outside. I’m looking forward to the change of season and embracing whatever this season brings for me.
March: Spring, Growth, Expansion, Daylight
I’m so looking forward to this. I held my Living Mindfully Workshop last Saturday and it was so great to share more on Mindfulness. Workshops are always a special experience to get deeper into a topic, share an experience with a group and have a bit more connection. During our Spring Yin workshop we’ll delve into the Wood element, and work through deep stretches to let go and create space for expansion, renewal and growth as we move into Spring. Jen Carrington is a creative coach and a wonderful being. I have totally binged her podcast – no easy feat, there were a lot of episodes. Her podcast has helped me work through some things I was stuck on in my own creative business and enabled me to get out of my head a little bit more and into my heart. If you’re a creative person or run your own business or need a little inspiration getting started with an idea or project – this may be a useful podcast for you.
Wow, just wow. This film is freaking incredible. If it’s still on at a cinema near you…go see it. NOW. So cinematic, it really is a work of art. The story line is amazing and totally engaging. I cried, totally to be expected when watching a war film. Great cast. There was nothing I didn’t like about this film.
These nut bars are like dessert. The banana pecan one is so so so so delicious. I’m not sure I can get these too often, they would not last long in my house. The even better thing about these bars is that the packaging is recyclable! Yipee!
